We do have to collect your personal data if/when you make an order.
We only use your personal data to complete your order.
Your data will be stored in a secured database and it will not be sold

We do have share your data with certain 3rd parties to complete the

Note about Off-Road Products:
Some off-road vehicle modifications will adversely affect the on-road
characteristics of your vehicle. We highly recommend having a
professional install all products on your vehicle. It is the buyers
ultimate responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness
after the first 100 miles and then after every 1000 miles. Wheel
alignment steering system, suspension and driveline systems must be
inspected by a qualified professional mechanic at least every 3000
miles. Failure to do so may create dangerous conditions.

Return Policies:
Please check your order immediately after receiving it. Please verify
that all your parts are there prior to installation as we are not
responsible for missing parts after you have started the installation
process. Please cross reference the parts you receive with the
inventory/packing list sent along with your order and/or our website to make sure you have
all of
the proper parts before starting the installation. If any pieces are
missing or incorrect we will be happy to send you replacements via
regular shipping. You have 14
calendar days after receiving your order to notify us of an issue with your order. We cannot accept returns
after 14 calendar days so please check your order carefully and
notify us immediately if there is an
issue.
While we have always and will always do what we can to make your
purchase the best possible... we have no way to know everything about
every vehicle and as such we are not responsible for manufactures
defects, misprints, or changes/variations made by vehicle and/or product
manufacturers.
No refunds will be given on used/installed/modified products.
Please contact us with any

There is a minimum 20% re-stocking fee on unused returned products.
All returns will be inspected before any refund is given. Product,
original box(s) and
all documentation must be in original condition when returning products
to receive refund.
All returns require a Return Authorization
Number (RA#).
Contact us for a RA# before
returning items/product. Any items/products returned to us without a
proper RA# may not be properly refunded or credited. Please include
an RA# on all returns.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.

Payments:
By completing an order you agree to pay us in full and allow us to
charge your credit card for any and all charges including but not
limited to return authorization fees, duplicate orders and component
upgrades. If you feel there is an error with your payment please
contact us
immediately.
Our bank requires a 100% Address Verification System (AVS) match on all
transactions. It is important to note that when the AVS filter declines
a transaction as the result of an AVS mismatch, the transaction is
voided, but the authorization remains. This means that the card issuer
(your credit card company/bank) is holding the authorized amount
(not us);
and this may show on the your available balance, but the funds have not
been paid out to us and the funds will show back up in your available balance as soon as
your bank releases the funds.
Order Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason.
Essentially this means that if we cannot fulfill your order (example:
item out of stock) we will cancel your order and refund your money
accordingly.
Customer cancelled order: order cancellations made before product is shipped is subject to a
minimum 5% cancellation fee. This is to cover credit card,
merchant account and bank fees that we are charged at the time of your
purchase as well as the fees associated with applying refunds.
Essentially the banks and credit card companies charge us a per order
fee PLUS a percentage of the order for each transaction. We do not get
these fees back.
Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
Product Warranties:
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
4WheelingPlus.com is not responsible for warranty coverage.
Customer/buyer is responsible for any costs involved in getting warranty
coverage.

(Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination
of this Agreement.
6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Washington applicable to agreements made and to be
performed in Washington. You agree that any legal action or proceeding
between 4WheelingPlus.com and you for any purpose concerning this
Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought
exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting
in Washington. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to
the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause
of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
4WheelingPlus.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance
of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of
any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties
nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement.
4WheelingPlus.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to
any party at any time without notice to you.
7. Misprint.
4WheelingPlus.com is not responsible to honor any price misprint on the
website.
