It is the buyers ultimate responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness after the first 100 miles and then after every 1000 miles. Wheel alignment steering system, suspension and driveline systems must be inspected by a qualified professional mechanic at least every 3000 miles. Failure to do so may create dangerous conditions. Return Policies: No returns on special order items. Special order items are clearly marked as special order on our website. Please check your order immediately after receiving it. Please verify that all your parts are there prior to installation as we are not responsible for missing parts after you have started the installation process. Please cross reference the parts you receive with the inventory/packing list sent along with your order and/or the details on our website to make sure you have all of the proper parts before starting the installation. If any pieces are missing or incorrect we will be happy to send you replacements via regular shipping. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us of an issue with your order. We will not accept returns after 30 calendar days so please check your order carefully and notify us immediately if there is an issue. After 30 calendar days: NO refunds/returns/exchanges. While we have always and will always do what we can to make your purchase from us the best possible... we have no way to know everything about every vehicle and as such we are not responsible for manufactures defects, any misprints, and/or changes/modifications/variations made by vehicle and/or product manufacturers as well as previous owners of your vehicle. No refunds/exchanges will be given on used/installed/modified products! No refunds will be given on items missing parts, paperwork or where the original box is beat-up beyond reasonable shipping conditions. No refunds/returns on opened electronics. Items Damaged In Shipping: Shipping damages must be reported to us within 2 days from the delivery date. Payments: By completing an order (either on our website or via an auction site such as eBay) you agree to pay us in full and allow us to charge your credit card and/or PayPal account for any and all charges including but not limited to return authorization fees, duplicate orders and component upgrades. If you feel there is an error with your payment please contact us immediately. The credit/debit card processing bank requires a 100% Address Verification System (AVS) match on all transactions. We will only ship products to the verified address that your bank has on file for your credit/debit card. It is important to note that when the AVS filter declines a transaction as the result of an AVS mismatch, the transaction is voided, but the authorization remains. This means that the card issuer (your credit card company/bank) is holding the authorized amount (not us); and this may show on the your available balance. The funds have not been paid out to us and the funds will show back up in your available balance as soon as your bank releases the funds. eBay/PayPal - users must be verified with PayPal and we will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address.
